After more than 24 years in the nutrition field, I came to a sobering realization: the very health guidelines I was trained to promote were making people sicker.
Including me.
Despite doing everything “right,” I was constantly bloated, battling blood sugar crashes, riddled with canker sores, and couldn’t go more than a few hours without eating. My weight was hard to maintain—even with relentless exercise—and my energy was in constant flux.
That journey sparked a transformation—not only in my approach to health, but in my life.
I help women 35+ heal weight struggles, blood sugar issues, and adrenal fatigue by aligning with God’s design for the body. After years in traditional nutrition and my own health breakdown, I discovered true healing happens when we get back to the basics—His way.

Today, I am a trusted expert in metabolic and adrenal health, specializing in helping women over 35 who are stuck in cycles of weight gain, fatigue, cravings, and hormonal chaos—even though they’re eating clean and doing “everything right.”

My method weaves together nutrition, meal timing, circadian rhythm, light exposure, grounding, and nervous system regulation—all based on God’s original design for the human body.
My signature programs, Low Insulin Academy and Cortisol Calm, have helped thousands reverse insulin resistance, PCOS, adrenal fatigue, and chronic inflammation naturally.
And now, I’m bringing that same expertise to my upcoming faith-based course, The Healthy Disciple—a transformational program built to help believers live in wellness without straying from God’s design.
My work is deeply personal because I’ve lived it. In the midst of building a business, raising three kids, supporting a sick mother, and maintaining a nonstop schedule, I hit a wall—hard. Adrenal exhaustion, nervous system burnout, and spiritual misalignment forced her to step back and reorient.
I am more than a dietitian and health coach. I’m a teacher, a truth-teller, and a bridge between science and Scripture—guiding burned-out women back to the vibrant, peace-filled health they were created for.
When I’m not working with students, my husband and I have 3 fun and lively children, a silly sheepadoodle, and a coop full of backyard chickens. I grew up in small town Wisconsin, and love the change of seasons, along with being in the sun, taking long walks, praying, reading, and boating.
