Jean

Jean struggled with her weight for much of her life. She cycled through periods of weight loss and weight gain. She tried Weight Watchers multiple times, went gluten-free, and tried eating clean meals and snacks 5-6 times per day. She struggled with joint pain and sugar cravings.

In May of 2020,  Jean’s daughter asked her for Shana’s book for her birthday, and when it arrived, Jean started reading it. She decided to keep it for herself, applied the concepts, and hasn’t looked back!
