Jeni

Although Jeni did not deal with weight or health issues until her early 40’s, probable perimenopause hit her hard and fast. Within a matter of a few months, Jeni was dealing with insomnia, irregular cycles, bloating, weight gain, acne, and pain on the left side of her body. At first, she chalked it up to aging and hormonal fluctuations that were just “part of life in the 40’s”. After 1 personalized session with Shana, Jeni implemented intermittent fasting, and her life changed within a week!

Jeni quickly overcame all the health issues that had taken hold of her. She started sleeping better within 2 days, saw her chronic pain disappear within a week, got rid of her bloating, and went down a clothing size.
